MY JOURNEY

Three years ago, I was overweight, unhappy, and lacked any structure or routine in my life. I knew I needed a change, so I took the time to educate myself on how to make it happen. Through hard work, discipline, and consistency, I lost over 35 kilos while building quality muscle.

My journey led me to become a personal trainer, with the goal of helping others achieve their fitness aspirations. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to be overweight, and I’m passionate about guiding others through their transformation.

Once you complete the Initial Questionnaire, I will design a personalized training block tailored to your goals, focusing on any areas you want to improve. Your program will be customized to fit your lifestyle and preferences, making it both effective and enjoyable. Each exercise includes a video demonstration to ensure you can perform it confidently and with proper form. You will be able to track your whole workout to make progressive overload easier, and ensure you are making progress. Together, we’ll work toward achieving your ideal physique.

NUTRITION PROGRAMS
After completing the Initial Questionnaire, I will design a personalized nutrition plan specifically designed to suit your goals, preferences, and daily routine. The plan will be practical, easy to follow, and enjoyable to ensure long-term success. I’ll provide clear guidance on each aspect of the plan, giving you the confidence to stay on track. You will also be able to use this app as any normal nutritional logger, equipped with a barcode scanner and accurate worldwide nutritional data base, you will be able to accurately track nutrition if trusted to do so. Together, we’ll work toward achieving your ideal physique.

ADDITIONAL PERKS

ZEKFIT APP ACCESS

With the ZEKFIT app, you can easily access your customized meal plans and training programs wherever you go. The app includes a barcode scanner, allowing you to track your meals and make food swaps effortlessly, ensuring convenience both at the supermarket and in the gym.

EASILY TRACK PROGRESS

Weekly Check-Ins are uploaded to the app, these check-ins will provide me with weight, measurements and progression photos. You have access to this so that you can see your progression week by week.
